IT Systems Engineer

- Own the end-user experience for a highly technical staff: escalation across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu, plus onboarding and offboarding from purchase to access control.
- Run the VM estate on ESXi and Hyper-V, including lab workloads with strict uptime and connectivity requirements.
- Designed and rolled out inventory and asset tracking covering IT hardware, lab equipment, and spares.
- Designed and built an internal integration platform: a single-pane-of-glass view of 20+ connected services for IT.
